This tastefully and elegantly furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 67 m²) features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a spacious living and dining area with a modern open-concept kitchen, as well as two terraces.


The large, south-facing living room offers a cozy sitting area with a couch (which can sleep two people) and two comfortable leather armchairs. A spacious dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy pleasant moments while taking in the view of Lake Schmachter. Of course, the apartment is equipped with an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with Wi-Fi and Internet radio. From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing terrace, which features its own beach chair and a seating area. Here, you can enjoy the warm sunshine and breathtaking sunsets over Lake Schmachter. The ultimate vacation feeling!

A free underground parking space with a lockable storage room is included with the “Appartement Sonnengruß.” From here, you can reach the first floor and the apartment via a passenger elevator or a staircase. Please note: The underground garage entrance is not suitable for SUVs and large station wagons. The underground garage is not accessible in snow or icy conditions.


This non-smoking apartment is ideal for 1–4 people; an additional two people can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
