The 34 m² combined living and dining area features a cozy sitting area and a modern built-in kitchen with a cooking island. The large dining table seats up to 5 people. A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.
The living-dining area leads out to the approximately 15 m² covered terrace as well as to a second terrace, which features a beach chair that invites you to sunbathe when you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle. One terrace with patio furniture is covered, and the second terrace features a beach chair. The approximately 200 m² lovingly landscaped garden is completely fenced in.
The technical amenities include a flat-screen TV with a soundbar, including Bluetooth. In addition, each of the two bedrooms has its own flat-screen TV.
Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge!
The kitchenette, seamlessly integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave at eye level, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, additional cooking utensils, and a kitchen island with a 4-burner induction cooktop.
The floors in the living area and bedrooms are made of high-quality vinyl design flooring in light sand oak, which is 100% free of plasticizers and PVC.
The ground-floor apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed (allergy-friendly) and ample storage space for your wardrobe, as well as a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The two southeast-facing terraces offer morning sun for breakfast, and the second terrace enjoys sun until the afternoon.
