Iberostar Selection Coral Bávaro - All Inclusive

The staff are incredible at this resort. El nino and Lulu make it a fantastic experience and so much fun! The grounds are super well maintained. Coral is SO worth it for the access to the separate areas.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved this resort! It felt homey, the grounds were clean, staff were nice and attentive, and the beaches were spacious and clean. We did the coral upgrade for about $150 extra a person for the whole week, which was worth it for the 2 additional pools and restaurants, and also having our room be closer to the beach. The coral buffet alone is worth the upgrade as you get more upscale options (one day they had sushi, oysters, and crab legs). We did spend time at the main pool for the swim up bar, but when we wanted more quiet, we went to the infinity pool which overlooked the beach. The Hibachi restaurant was our favorite for the food. Avoid the Italian restaurant. We felt very safe here, and the property is the nicest we saw when we did our excursions and had to go on a bus to pick up others at their hotels. We will definitely be back to this resort!

Service was incredible, concierge, bartenders and staff were by far the best part of the place. Ileika our concierge was amazing, bartenders outside of El Faro Guillermo and Fernando were incredible. The entire place is huge, everyday I discovered a new place I didn’t know existed. The golf carts are great and they make it easy to call for one to get around. The beach is perfect and well maintained it was never a struggle to get cabanas or chairs. Pools are well maintained and not crowded. Food was good, the buffet really is the best with so many high quality options and the restaurants have great service and are nice. Super kid friendly and perfect for adults, they have a teen club/activities for kids so I never felt disturbed by too many children by the bars etc. Overall 5 stars, we had an incredible stay and I would come back! Massages were some of the best we’ve ever had and the sauna, pools etc at the spa were pristine! Coral side is worth the extra money for how incredible the rooms, service and lack of crowd there is !

My husband and I loved our stay. You have everything you need right at your fingertips from the pool, to the ocean, the restaurants, activities, etc. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay a great one. My husband and I stayed in the Coral section which had its own pool but ended up spending most of our time in the main pool area where there was a lot of energy, snacks, music, etc. There are coffee shops and snack bars to use throughout the day in addition to all the restaurants. Overall, a wonderful time.
