The property was clean and safe stuff was friendly and helpful
The food was very limited and not enough variety. Specially the buffet and the restaurant by the beach

The property is really beautiful and they provide almost everything you need for the stay.
One night when we dined at the Italian restaurant the staff was distracted or indifferent and the service was poor.

I loved the staff, they are so friendly and resourceful. They put extra efforts to make your trip really welcoming and unique!
Victor was an excellent concierge.
I highly recommend this resort, particularly if you acquire the Privilege package. It is 100% worth it.
I also would like to say thank you to Noelia (who works at the Piano Lounge). She makes fabulous drinks and is so friendly that I felt that we were friends since childhood.
If you are thinking about booking a resort in Punta Cana with great accommodation with premium services and still budget friendly …. This is the place for you!
No major complaints. Staff was efficient and resolved all potential issues in advance.

Bed is very comfortable, good food, great clean beach.
Road to get there/entrance is like. Third world country. Huge amount of insects in the room. Place seems to be very understaffed.
