I loved everything about my stay. The staff were so welcoming and nice. The room service was impeccable came by everyday to make the bed and clean. The food was also really good.

The property was a classic. It’s one of the first hotels of punta cana but it’s in very good condition.
They don’t have elevators, I had a 5 month old baby with a stroller and had to carry it up and down the stairs each time. Also, more trollies should pass more often around the facility.

Our stay was good, and the highlight was Amable, the butler concierge. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to help organize a special birthday celebration for my daughter, making the occasion unforgettable. His exceptional service made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. We also appreciated the kindness and friendliness of many of the staff members, who always greeted us with a smile and were eager to help. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to return.
Unfortunately, we had to change rooms after the first night because of the excessive humidity. My husband has asthma, and it was impossible for him to stay in those conditions. This was especially disappointing since we had booked a room in the Privilege area. If you are assigned Room 6105, be aware that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the jacuzzi did not drain correctly.Fortunately, our second room was much better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.
The staff at Villa Marina should improve the level of service, especially considering it is part of the Privilege area. The service was consistently slow, particularly during breakfast, and it did not meet the expectations we had for a premium experience.
Additionally, the membership presentation should be explained clearly from the beginning. We were not informed that it would take nearly three hours, and we ended up losing valuable vacation time that we would have preferred to spend relaxing by the pool.

Bed is very comfortable, good food, great clean beach.
Road to get there/entrance is like. Third world country. Huge amount of insects in the room. Place seems to be very understaffed.
