The staff was excellent! Everyone was very kind, Ricardo Sanchez was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast has tasty pastries. However, our room has multiple issues such as plumbing appliances and leakage. Despite that, the cleaning staff were excellent at making our room fresh daily
