Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Excellent property with a beautiful atmosphere and a great overall experience. The only area that could use some improvement is the food. While there was a good variety of options, the quality and flavor could be better. Everything else exceeded expectations—from the friendly and attentive staff to the amenities, cleanliness, and overall condition of the property. The location is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the service made the stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We had a great stay!

Staff , Jeffrey the guy at the seaside Grill was very helpful and friendly. He invited my family and me to have dinner there, and although we had to wait a bit to get a table because we were a large group, the service was excellent and the food arrived immediately. I would recommend this restaurant a thousand times over for breakfast and dinner.

First, let’s start off with the bell boys. Tati was amazing. He made us feel like we were in our own home even though it was late he showed us around our hotel room and made sure we were comfortable later that night our good friend Freyerlin made us drinks, and these were unforgettable. The food was phenomenal not only at the world Café, but Mercure and the fusion restaurant were impeccable. The pools were incredibly relaxing and the drink staff were very nice. Our only complaint would be the music choice at the big pool. The staff was incredibly accommodating when we needed to catch rides for our excursions. Check in and check out was smooth. We will think heavily about coming back for more thank you very much.
