Gorgeous, impressive and beautiful hotel! People were excellent, very fun entertainment, food was delicious, beautiful views and amazing in every way! The rooms are not very modern, my outlets were not functional, I had to charge my phone at the lobby every day, beds were small and squished together, bathrooms were small and very simple, not much of privacy in the bathrooms in the sense that it was just a piece of open glass on the shower, the layout of the rooms wasn’t pretty but it was okay to handle. However, I would still recommend it, and I will definitely come back!! Very worth it 🙌

All the staff were really friendly, the entertainment crews was great especially the night crew were awesome, Angel is a really cool/nice guy.

We recently returned from the RIU. The grounds were kept very nice, the rooms on the other hand were something else. Very outdated, not the cleanest. The box spring looked to have mold on it, and the first night I saw a roach in the bathroom.
The staff was super friendly, and the shows and music at night were nice. The food was average.
