Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

Phenomenal vacation and experience at Serenade All Suites

The resort is in need of some updating, looks like some areas may have a little water damage. Overall, the property was great. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was great. Food was ok, much of what I expected being that it was buffet. Pools and bars were fantastic!

We had an amazing time here, the staff were all lovely and very proactive at making sure you were having a great time. Our room was lovely, and cleaning team top notch. The only things we had an issue with were maintenance taking a while to sort a clogged toilet and smelly drain in our room, and the pools closing at 8 in the evening. Overall a fantastic hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here 10 nights in the garden view swim out. The swim out was great and WARM! People kept posting about bird and rooster noises. Hahah it more so sounds like kids screaming or an annoying laugh or if you’re in healthcare (like me) then it sounds like the psych floor of a hospital haha. All in good fun, a couple drinks from the pool bar and our little speaker and we didn’t even notice them. Could never hear anything from inside. They’re parrots from the property beside the resort! We stayed in November so we’d hit the pool bar and be social and then around 2pm the sun would hit the garden views and we hung out there until our reservations. We did the brasserie. It was good. My husband got the Brazilian style meat and they come side table to cut and I had the steak. Honestly the house red and white isn’t that bad. We had full intentions on getting a bottle of red but stuck with the house. Koi is ok.. the family side has way better food in the buffet and the restaraunts - we walked over 3 times and asked if they had any room and all said yes. Except the Dominican night on weds is good on adults side. The staff is probably 50/50 friendly. I think it’s honestly more to a language barrier. A lot of the staff are new and they’re still trying to learn.. we saw corporate come in at the lunch buffet and give a ton of feedback. We met many new staff that were incredible. The staff at the pool and bar are amazing and do the best they can. DRINKS ARE STRONG - no watering down here. You do have to ask for a certain liquor if you want it or they will pour lowest liquor. The family side is hot in the restaraunts but we don’t notice no A/C on the adults side. Always a decent breeze. We went off the resort to a restaurant called Jellyfish. It was 10/10. Best meal we had and it was so good. Drinks were delish too.
