It is a very large property and decent value, but as others have stated, it’s very dated and cleanliness is an issue. I also had an issue at check in as I booked a regular suite, not a family suite. Confirmed with my booking site, confirmation and the staff gaslit me saying I had booked the smaller family suite. I saw that option when booking and did not book it as I wanted a larger space. So not only did they pull a fast one on me, they also lied. Most of the staff is actually very friendly but there are some who are clearly there just to get a paycheck. My room was not the cleanest as I saw dead bugs on ceiling, mold, and areas that needed dusting and a wipe down. Pillows had stains, wallpaper falling down, cob webs everywhere. Housekeeping did a less than stellar job and didn’t even wipe down crumbs etc. Pool was definitely questionable but let’s hope the chlorine was strong enough lol. Worst part was that the morning we checked out, the bellboy rang our doorbell and knocked on our door at 530am. Claimed there was a pick up but we had not scheduled one as our airport transfer would not be here until 10am. That was not a nice thing to wake up to, especially having barely falling asleep at 3am. Food is not good at all, buffet is dirty. If you’re on a budget, maybe stay here… otherwise don’t.
