    Overall, we had a good experience at Serenade Punta Cana and enjoyed the hotel. However, the restaurant staff was a big disappointment. At almost every restaurant, we experienced rude attitudes, making faces when we ordered or called them, not making eye contact, and responding in an unfriendly manner. It was especially frustrating to feel like a tip was expected despite receiving poor service. The hotel was good overall, but the restaurant service definitely needs improvement.

    It's not really the resort that gets a bad review It's this website the resort had me booked for a standard room when I actually paid for a suite and there is no way to communicate with anyone so they basically ripped me off
