Was fortunate to have a butler service and they were excellent. We were treated very well. Get yourself one of the Cabanas, for *** it is so worth it.

This was the worst experience of my life. The staff was racist. I was never greeting at check in and provided all the needed information for my room and stay, for example I was never told I have room service or about the app to book my dinner. I was often dismissed and or ignored by staff and had to call them to my attention. One of 1st meal I received, the waiter forgot things some of my order and when I for it to be brought to me. He replied “no.” Waiter burn my burger and throw my plate of food on my table . We were chase out the restaurant at night while others were allowed to stay. Growing up in Washington Heights and just expected better. The crazy part is that the racist individual were black and seem to be upset that I was a black guest. I received more love, kindness and respect when i visited Jamaica and other black Caribbean islands. I paid a lot of money and it was truly a waste. I personally do not like to write bad reviews but it was my birthday and told them 3+ times and no one care or even decorating my door. One of my worst birthday experiences

The rooms are nicely decorated but there were roaches/ water bugs in the rooms as well as in the buffet and Mediterranean resturant. All of this on top of bottom shelf liqour.
