    Service was terrible - not friendly unless you tip. Food and alcohol was mid (very sweet alcohol, and plain food) - I did not mind this, but they were not available past midnight. Pool was always dirty (found plasters and there are always bugs floating in the pool). Overall, you can get better elsewhere and this left a sour taste of the DR (my first time travelling to this beautiful country).

    Francisco natale John Lenny Adam Melvin dj Chris. Dj Michael the staff were all extremely friendly and attentive to all the guests the entertainment was amazing from morning til night time . thank you Francisco and all for a wonderful time I will be coming back next year

    I’ve called several times to speak to a manager because before we left we asked if anything else was due & if there was a charge after we left & they said NO. We get back to our state & they done charged me an extra $83 & some change.
