We stayed 4nights In first room blue dryer was out of order we called them 3 times and went to reception they said send somebody to check it nobody was come we slept with wet hair 2 nights after that changed our room the new room air conditioner was out of orders we called them nobody came. Their service and customer service was terrible.we are really not satisfied.I don’t recommend it.

The staff at the RIU clearly rather be somewhere else then serving its guests…problem is top down…complained to management and never received a reply…simply getting someones attention to be seated, a glass of water or coffee was a task…too busy talking amongst themselves or face buried in their phones. Food temperature mostly cold or slightly warm…if I was the RIU corporate office I would close the doors rather than have it drag its reputation down hill.

The rooms were deplorable, not clean, sheets not changed, towels stained hallway carpets stained, food subpar and not appealing, bottom shelf liquor
