Air conditioning can be better controlled. Some rooms are very cold, some are fine.
The staffs at front are great. Very polite and patient. Very helpful too.
The janitors are very helpful and polite.

Air conditioning is little too cold. Even you turn it off, there is still air blowing. No storage space. No drawers to store stuff.

Good location and price, courteous and helpful staff, nice size room for Hong Kong. I have nothing to complain about, just a couple of things to point out to new patrons: hotel is on top of a slope which takes less than a minute to climb but might be too much for people with health problems. The hotel is on the cool side, make sure to bring a jacket even in the summer if you are sensitive to cold (I stayed there in Sept 2024 and Mar 2025).
