    If you just need a bed for the night, then the Inn is for you. Bed was comfy. Staff are great. The hallway carpet could use a steam cleaning, but what do you expect for the low rate charged at The Fazeley Inn.

    Just wanted a bed for a night on route to Scotland so it didn't really matter. But was nicely surprised to find a good place for the price. Very friendly staff, pretty good room with good shower. Also breakfast was excellent and didn't cost much. Very happy with my stay and certainly would go there again.

    Room is fine we’ve stayed before. Still need kettles in the room as you have to go to the bar to get a hot drink. Also went for breakfast and the kitchen was closed so had to go elsewhere and the tea and coffee facilities weren’t out either. The staff were caught out talking about us saying we hadn’t even checked out when we had the room booked for another night and the staff didn’t even apologise for the mistake that they had made they just slagged us off as if it was our fault!!! Also handed the key back and didn’t even get a Thankyou or how was your stay!! Poor customer service! It’s not the ritz i know but I expect a polite manner!! The place has so much potential!
