Incredible views, excellent service and great accommodations and amenities for a reasonable price! First of all, our host, Richard, was there to greet us with a warm welcome when we came in on our first day in town. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. On the day before our departure, he helped us organize necessary preparations including taxi which we really appreciated. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious with a balcony which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! There is also a kitchen equipped with necessities which we used to cook our yummy leftovers from dining out. Easy public transportation (free bus) into town but you can just easily walk there as well. There's a dining room where we had a nice breakfast. There's also a game room for fun and relaxation and having the laundry room was very convenient. We loved staying here and felt like it was our home away from home after a day of skiing, shopping and dining.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit next! Highly recommend!!!

Richard made our stay at the Artist Apartments AMAZING! We loved every detail from the accommodation, to the common areas, to the wonderful raclette/fondue evening on Tuesday nights. We also had an incredible view of the beautiful Matterhorn! These apartments are walkable to everything including shopping, restaurants, and ski lifts. When we go back to Zermatt, we'll absolutely be staying here again!
