Was a bit of a walk to the lifts, but the bus is close and free and comes every 8 minutes. Pool is great, but watch the floor down by the washrooms as it is very slippery when wet. Ski room was very well laid out. Views of the Matterhorn were amazing from the decks.
We had a great trip and place worked well for families.

I did like the unique pool in the complex. I had read prior reviews about the uphill walk to the chalet. I truly was a tough climb to get to the property so much so that once we walked down to town we didn’t plan on returning until we were settling in for the evening. The construction taking place on the street leading to the property made toting luggage a real challenge. We did find a couple of markets close by to buy some food for breakfast. Overall a very efficient apartments but be ready for an aggressive uphill walk returning from town. Zermatt was incredible and my wife and took in as many sights and activities that we possibly could in a three day stay.
