Hotel Romantica

Mr.T is so considerate and kind. Thank u for carrying the suitcases and sending us to the station. And the facilities are all well equipped, clean and neat. The night views are brilliant from the balcony. Meticulous staff. Excellent breakfast which must be tried.(love the roasted sausages)Walk down the little hill and you'll see the chocolate shop at the corner. Purchasing and dining are so convenient since it is beside a busy street.But quite though. After all, everything is so satisfactory and even surprising. I think it may be the best ever hotel i tried and will try in Switzerland.

I only spent 2 nights there

1) The hotel is a family-based business, run by Michele and Thore. They are both fantastic persons, trying their best to make their guests comfortable in their hotel. During our stay, for each individual day we reached out to them and ask for a plan to spend the day and they patiently gave us great pieces of advice. It was my second time visiting Zermatt and because of Michele's and Thore's advice I could enjoy my stay much more than the first one. 2) The staff members are super friendly and trying to address your concerns as best as they can. 3) The breakfast is delicious. 4) The location of the hotel is perfect: just a few meters away from the museum and the main church which form somehow the town centre.

Michelle and Thore were exceptionally helpful. The hospitality and service we received were truly amazing. Michelle, the owner of the property, even graciously drove us to the train station without any additional charge.
