They were very friendly and helpful. The location and facilities were perfect for exploring Zermatt.
The room was a bit warm during our August stay. A fan would have been nice for sleeping.

The property is stunning! Every detail was lovely and felt like a true retreat. Breakfast was fantastic!! The owners were the most welcoming and generous hosts and they went out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable stay.

1) Our group stayed in two rooms, a suite and a superior single room. Both rooms were fine.
The Suite is very spacious, with a sitting room. Besides the balcony, there are two sets of windows, at the other side of the room and in the sitting room.
With good ventilation, it's not a big problem even in the summer month of June and when we met the heat wave during our stay.
2) The owner couple are very hospitable to their guests. They attended to our questions very patiently. They were very kind and rode us to the train station
We had to climb a short steep path to reach this boutique hotel. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from / to the train station at a charge.
