The room was fine. Good breakfast.
Very difficult to find as the hotel name given in the reservations was not the name on the front. It took over 1 hour to find the hotel when it should have taken 5 minutes. The shower was hand-held with a large tub (not expected.)

For what we paid, it was value for money. Simple and basic room. From the negative reviews I read, I was abit hesitant at first but thought it was only for a night and it turned out not as bad.
Blanket was very thin and we stayed there in month of March which was still very cold. We were given the 1st floor rooms and very glad as we were travelling with quite large luggages.

Location wise its great, its right at the centre and only like a 5-6 mins walk from zermatt station
The furnitures were very wobbly like the bathroom doors. There are hardly any plug sockets for mobile charging. Also a big NO NO for senior citizens since the hotel has no elevator
