Hotel Matterhornblick

The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave me all information I needed right at check-in. The room was really nice and spacious, very clean. I had a great view of Zermatt from my window, which was lovely. The bed was comfy and the breakfast selection was great. I didn't use the spa facilities, but heard from other guests that it was really nice. Great location to walk right onto the main street.

One of the skylight blinds was a bit broken so made it hard to use.

I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room or even a kettle. Mattress was a little hard.

It is run by a very nice family. The staff is also so nice. Mario at the reception was there to help as all the time. He is an excellent guy.

Nice location, in downtown. Warm, spacious rooms.

Every morning, when you have your breakfast you hear the plates- knocking, lady in kitchenette filling the dishwasher/ emptying dishwasher with kitchenette door open. Although, nicely I told her once that it was not nice to have breakfast with kitchenware orchestra- she didn’t give a fig!
