The view in general. Peacefulness. Great host. Transport to and from railway station.
The temporary crane in the line of view of The Matterhorn. The stair climb to the property. Lack of a kitchen worktop to prepare food. Lack of socket next to bed for phone charging.

Richard is a very pleasant person, always smiling and ready to help. He explained us how the city (Zermatt) was working, the different attractions etc. He was not often at ther desk, but told us that if we needed help, he was available at a specific phone number. The place was very clean, well maintained and everything was there for a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. I would recommend the place if you want to stay in Zermatt.
Everything was all right, No negative points.
