    The room is really nice and clean with beautiful view, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is yummy. Recommend to stay.

    A warm welcome from the time we were picked up at the train station to check-in. The staff, especially Alex, were very nice and accommodating. Our apartment was very spacious with a stunning view of the Matterhorn!

    We were very disappointed with our stay. During breakfast, cash (about CHF 300) and jewelry went missing from our room. The hotel claimed no one had accessed it, yet our belongings were gone, and no real help was offered. We felt unsafe and unsupported. If you stay here, carry your valuables with you or keep them locked in the safe before leaving the room. A distressing experience in an otherwise beautiful place.
