Appartamento Puerta del Sol

Piscina stupenda per grandi e piccini! La casa andava bene, noi siamo entrati in 4!

Niente! La struttura era perfetta. C’è stato purtroppo un furto di vestiti mentre erano fuori stesi!

Esta ubicado en centro de Caleta de Fuste, muy cómodo. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado: electrodomésticos, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, un tendedero en el patio e incluso una pequeña caja fuerte.

La calidad de la limpieza deja mucho que desear. La limpieza fue muy superficial y había polvo en las esquinas. Además, se exige a los huéspedes que laven la vajilla antes de salir del alojamiento, lo cual resulta bastante extraño. Entonces, ¿quién es responsable de mantener limpia la cocina?

Location was lovely very close walking distances to everything, shops, beach, coast and restaurants. Great pool facilities with good opening hours and sunbeds.

Unfortunately no reception or place to store a case if needed due to flight times and checkout times, a key for the side door would have also been useful.

We were taken to the property by Sara. She rushed through everything, she didn’t explain the safe was 3 digits & a letter, she just reset it & said it’s ready for our own code, so we entered 4 digits as in hotels etc then we couldn’t open it, I messaged her & she did send her husband the next day. The microwave did not work except for the grill part, she rushed through the tv system saying use this control first then the other go into system/settings to get English tv, we couldn’t get it so we were a month without. I messaged Sara regarding these but she really wasn’t interested & replied she had told us how to work it.The kettle leaked at the base, again I messaged her, her reply stated she was only the cleaner & did not make tea! A new one was left for us behind the door that evening. We were excited & thinking of returning in 2026 bur soon realised the property had a lot of things wrong or not explained & there were no instructions for any appliances, we were left to guess or Google. Utensils were not clean as a few of the plates & pans had to be washed before I used them.The loo brush holder was disgusting, around the shower base needs a proper clean. Toothbrush holder was dirty so I put it in the drawer for the duration of our stay. The bottom drawer on the freezer was badly broken & sharp. I did take a photo of the freezer drawer but it’s on my phone. One of the sunbed covers was ripped so I stitched as best I could. Such a lot wrong.
