Comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen, nice patio, good shower

Microwave too high, very dangerous when lifting out something hot and liquid, shower needs a good clean around the low level and shower base needs silicone sealant renewing ( it mouldy ).we only had one set of sheets and it took 9 days before we got another set. We were not given a key to the side gate 7 metres from our apartment, Instead we had to make a 300 metres detour to main gate, Noot good when you are carrying heavy shopping bags, I had requested a ket 6 month earlier, Eventually after 10 days I was given a key, It was just left on our patio furniture while we were out. Jessica was our contact but very unresponsive to my messages, I sent her 7 messages about sheets and key without reply so I contacted the owner through Booking.com and got some satisfactory responses. Rubbish bins are just on the other side of the wall and when the bins are emptied between 04:00 and 06:00 the noise is impossible to sleep through, Its a good apartment but in the wrong part of the complex, I would not stay here again.

Niente! La struttura era perfetta. C’è stato purtroppo un furto di vestiti mentre erano fuori stesi!

The location was good.

We were taken to the property by Sara. She rushed through everything, she didn’t explain the safe was 3 digits & a letter, she just reset it & said it’s ready for our own code, so we entered 4 digits as in hotels etc then we couldn’t open it, I messaged her & she did send her husband the next day. The microwave did not work except for the grill part, she rushed through the tv system saying use this control first then the other go into system/settings to get English tv, we couldn’t get it so we were a month without. I messaged Sara regarding these but she really wasn’t interested & replied she had told us how to work it.The kettle leaked at the base, again I messaged her, her reply stated she was only the cleaner & did not make tea! A new one was left for us behind the door that evening. We were excited & thinking of returning in 2026 bur soon realised the property had a lot of things wrong or not explained & there were no instructions for any appliances, we were left to guess or Google. Utensils were not clean as a few of the plates & pans had to be washed before I used them.The loo brush holder was disgusting, around the shower base needs a proper clean. Toothbrush holder was dirty so I put it in the drawer for the duration of our stay. The bottom drawer on the freezer was badly broken & sharp. I did take a photo of the freezer drawer but it’s on my phone. One of the sunbed covers was ripped so I stitched as best I could. Such a lot wrong.
