Apartamentos Villa Florida

Location is excellent. The pool bar guy is really friendly. The place was clean and welcoming. They got my wife wine and chocolates on her Birthday

We wanted a room extension as we weren't flying until close to midnight. I had previously emailed this request in the weeks prior to booking. I was told that it shouldn't be a problem and at a cost of 50 euros they would confirm the day before check out. When the day came they said no. I found this frustrating as the complex was barely 30% full and we were now faced with around 10 hours of not having anywhere to stay. I asked for a different room and was told they had none. They did provide a room for storing luggage and a washroom at an additional charge of 10 euros per 30 mins. In hindsight I should have simply booked for the additional night and checked out early as the price was only another 78 euros at time of booking and I was happy to pay the 50 anyway. Furthermore, during our 10 hours or so of hanging around at no point did any other guests book into our room or the one next door to it (also empty.)

Place is spotless so relaxing quiet

Rubbish outside scruffy

Friendly, welcoming ambience throughout Apartamentos Villa Florida created in most part by every individual staff member in every department. From accommodation to maintenance to Front Office. The Manager Danile is professional, knowledgeable and helpful and could not be more efficient. Supported by the excellent Herman (who was a pleasure to have leisurely conversations with!), from the moment we arrived they put us at ease and smoothed out a query we had with our reservation without delay. The complex is very well laid out and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning, apartment inventory and overall comfort left nothing for wanting.
