Apartamentos Villa Florida

Check in was fast and trouble free. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the cactus garden was interesting and well maintained. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well maintained. Although located in the centre of town once inside the complex it was quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Position of Bungalows were laid out in an interesting way. Nice beach and shops were only a very short walk away. Natural pool (when tide had gone out) is just a pleasant 10 minute walk away.

I liked the Kind Lady on reception , I made the mistake after checking in to locate my given room while carrying all my luggage instead of finding it first , The lady on reception saw me struggling and was very helpful. The pool and all outdoor areas were fabulous and well maintained , It was also great and reassuring to see a lifeguard on duty throughout the day , and what sempt like an army of cleaning staff that always said good morning and cleaned your rooms on a regular basis , Our holiday was a family and friends based holiday and all our group have made a pledge to return again soon

I cant give or think of any negative comments whatsoever , We all had a Great stay

Room 232 was damp and cold...would refuse this room if staying longer. Pool bar closed and chained off on Saturdays so no where to relax other than small reception area if waiting fir taxi etc.Changing facilities could be improved.
