The communication with the host was excellent. Answered any questions very quickly. The location is excellent with all the facilities you could need.

There were a few things broken in the apartment I.e. the bathroom door wouldn't close and the freezer handle was broken in the kitchen. Very minor and did not spoil our trip. We will definitely be booking again.

Property is big, we were a family of 3 adults and 3 children under 8. 2 fridges. 3 toilets. Wifi worked well most of the time. Smart TV so you can use your own Netflix, prime, disney+ accounts.

The property needs updating, furniture is tired, sofa's worn badly, dinning table chairs and table in kitchen seats very worn and stained, needs painting to freshen it up and replace some furniture. Door handles need mending /replacing. No tv in basement, photo's show one there. Fridge handle broken in main kitchen. It also ices up alot, things at the back in fridge got frozen. No large drinking glasses. Kettle worked when first used, if tried to use again a few minutes later didn't boil/ cut out. I messaged about it, and a couple of other things gave phone number, We were out when messaged back, someone came left a new kettle, checked tv in main livingroom, messaged me saying old kettle worked when checked ( kettle's issue had been mentioned in a previous review), and basement tv had only been for a games consule as no arial, however theres a wifi router. downstairs and another box which I think is a tv receiver and 3 remotes ??? Needs more oven trays as only 1 glass rectangular dish and large metal oven/grill. Hired an airfryer while there from Harry's hire place on Puerto del sol complex 5 mins away. Needs a handle at top of stairs to basement. Lighting needs better/brighter bulbs. Pool is deep and freezing, not very suitable for small children. I feel it was over priced for the condition its in. Looked back at reviews on here and other sites its listed for rent and noticed some problems are mentioned a while ago and not addressed by owners.. I didnt realise I would be able to leave photo's on this review, and didnt take any. The size and space is great, but not really suitable for families with small children and it needs smartening up for the price it costs. I wouldn't stay there again unfortunately.
