    Couldn’t go on the holiday but have stayed there many of times and it is out of everywhere the best place to stay close to everything u need

    Overall we were happy with our stay. Its our second time staying here. The location is great. The apartment was basic but clean. The pool looked good but was to cold to get in although that didn't stop others staying there and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. The place could do with a bit of tlc, the pathways around the complex were crumbling and could do with skimming over. We only met one member of staff and that was when we checked in. She was lovely and welcoming. We only used it as a base to sleep and shower, so it was perfect for us. I would say the rooms could do with a kitchen towel as there was nothing to dry up with after washing cups and plates. Also, soap in the bathroom would be nice. We used shower gel to wash our hands. We were only there 3 nights and the beds were firm but comfortable. The sofa in the lounge area was awful and uncomfortable but we managed. It was a sofa bed so id imagine it would be rather uncomfortable to sleep on but can't say for sure. Overall we were happy enough and would book again.

    The property has lovely pool and not bad views, but unfortunately, the room was small and lacked hot water, which made for a less than comfortable experience. Cleanliness was average, but the staff were unhelpfully and the facilities left much to be desired, while the location is decent, it doesn't make up for the shortcomings in service and amenities, making it hard to recommend this place based on the overall experience.
