Canary Breakout

Muy buena ubicación, el apartamento comodo para 4 personas, comercios y playas cerca, piscina ideal para niños. Tienen ollas ,platos, vasos, utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Lavadora ,horno y nevera, calentador y la cocina funcionaron muy bien. La llave y la forma de acceso bien. Bien para ir con la familia, en la noche no se escucha ruido bueno para descansar después de un día de playa.

La ubicación está muy bien pero es muy muy difícil aparcar, a la ducha del baño le falta algo más de higiene y poner algo donde colocar el jabón, shampoo...La tapa del WC 🚽 le hace falta cambiarla por una de su tamaño ya que la que tienen es muy pequeña e incomoda y estaba despegada, en el apartamento hace demasiado calor es muy incómodo cuando llegas de la playa parece un horno del calor los ventiladores que tienen no resuelve el problema del calor . Deberían tener aire acondicionado. Las sillas del comedor estaban despegadas les hace falta arreglarlas,las toallas deberían cambiarlas tienen mal olor , recomiendo si te vas a hospedar llevar tus propias toallas... las áreas comunes del conjunto necesitan más mantenimiento igual que la piscina ya que las paredes de la piscina están sucias con moho. El wifi no es bueno no tiene alcance y a los móviles no les llega cobertura ni en la sala ni el cuarto . Espero que tomen en cuenta todas estas recomendaciones y sería un alojamiento excelente.

The property is in a great location. Just behind Bailey’s Gym, which is only €20 for one weeks pass! There is a square just next door with bars & restarants. It’s a few minutes walk to the marina, to the bars & restaurants, to the beach. Really excellent location. The swimming pool on the complex is fantastic. It can only be accessed by those with a fob. Lots of people tend to lie by the pool all day and sunbathe. Even on windy days you are protected at the pool. Word of caution, the pool is not heated but you will be hard pressed to find a heated one in same price range in Caleta. Everybody at the complex was really lovely. It seemed like perhaps lots of retirees have bought properties there. It was only us and a couple of others who seemed to be holidaying. Parking was great because you can always park on the wasteland at the back of the complex if there’s no on street parking. I was worried about the apartment because of some of the negative reviews. It was really lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. We didn’t have any problems. Communication was touch & go at the beginning as the lady on the end of the phone told us we didn’t have a reservation and told us to ring booking.com. So initially we were concerned, but communication did then improve and was fast and friendly.

I liked everything about the property, but these would be my recommendations to boost this apartment and try to get better reviews. 1. I bought a frying pan and two Tupperware boxes from China Town. These were very cheap, I would recommend investing in some extra bits for the apartment, ice packs and cool bag would be a nice touch. 2. Upgrade the towels, get some matching ones that are high quality 3. Upgrade the pillows and provide extra pillows. 4. Provide more coat hangers 5. Include written welcome info informing of how to access pool area.

Toilet seat was broken, and wrong size, wasnt resolved until 3 days, Round porcelain, but oval seat replaced??host advised if I wasnt happy with the wait, she could always give me back my money and leave, nice??? cockroach in cupboard tbh I know this can happen, Curtains didnt fit the doors, bathroom grout orange, Front door unable to open and sticking, the frame was replaced, outside rattan furniture unclean, and enclosed, would have been nicer to sit outside in the evening, rather than sitting in a greenhouse. will not stay in this bungalow again but I would stay in another, as area nice and friendly
