Nada, únicamente que estaría bien que el propietario supiera español.

Ausstattung. Das war nicht so weit vom Strand. Es gab auch ein Schwimmbad.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, a large terrace with table, chairs and sun beds. There is a washing machine so you can wash the towels or your clothes. It's very secure and the location is great. It overlooks the large swimming pool and is a short walk to the high street for bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, if you don't stop to look in the shops. There are plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from and supermarkets if you're eating in. We had a really enjoyable time and would book again. Thank you

The spiral staircase was a challenge with the suitcases, we managed it, but some people may struggle.

Locality.

Negatives. The apartment is in need of an update that needs repainting. It's very tired. Could do with a good clean. The one that I got annoyed with the sheets dont fit the beds properly. The towels need replacing as they are hard. The swimming pool, a lot of tiles are broken or missing, the locals use it on a Saturday, and they take all the good sun loungers, most are all broken and unusable. The worst thing for us was the apartment it faced the back of Fardo Rock and the Step In, along with the Curry house. So the noise smells banging pots & pans from around 8.00am till about 1.00am. As there is no AC, you have to have your bedroom door / window open to get a breeze coming in as the ceiling fan does nothing, especially when the temperature at night is around 27 degrees at night. The neighbours behind and next door were not the nicest to have, to say the least 😕. I have been honest with this review, and the price should reflect this, compared to other apartments in Caleta. The positive about the apartment you had all the nessasary kitchen appliances and crockery. Adequate room spaces.
