Sijainti, tilava huoneisto, hyvät sängyt, astioita tarpeeksi. Huoneisto oli siisti. Piha-alue kiva, aurinko paistoi koko päivän vaikka aita oli korkea. Korkea aita oli hyvä myös siinäkin että tuuli ei päässyt eikä ohikulkijat nähneet pihalle. Grilli oli plussaa. Vinkkinä, grillihiiliä oli myynnissä ainakin keskusaukion Kiina kaupassa.
Jos on astianpesukone niin olisi toivottaa, että olisi myös talon puolesta siihen tarvittavat pesuaineet. Plussaa olisi myös pyykinpesuaine. Tyynyt voisivat olla paremmat, tai muutama lisä tyyny olisi myös plussaa.

Was a bit hot inside on warm days, some air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a benefit.
