Location, allday sun on balcony, quite, pool quite and no hassle getting sun beds. The complex itself is very safe.

Cooker fan disconnected, Limited crockery, Safe not bolted down. Lovely area and apartment but could be so moch better with a small bit of TLC.

The property was clean tidy and had everything needed for self catering. Nice big fudge and freezer, cooker and washing machine. Bed was comfy to. The location was ace close to all the bars etc but just far enough away so there was no noise to keep you up at night

Clean property. Nice touch of welcome wine from the host (to drink from plastic glasses). Location right inside the tourist town, if that is your thing.

The property has an insanely high rating, as the host almost bullies guests to leave him a 10, no less. He has mentioned this to us several times, even though our stay was not exactly perfect. First impressions when arriving - no parking provided as mentioned by others in reviews. You have to park outside on the street, and as it's a busy tourist area you might struggle to find space. There is a private car park that belongs to the apartment complex, however you will not be provided access. The host didn't provide clear information where the entrance to the property was. 'You are not here my friend', aggravated, telling us off on the phone, whilst being at work, he sent his daughter to meet us on the street. Communication was so bad, and unclear from messages, we went in circles in our car for a good half an hour until we found the daughter waiting.We were finally showed us around the property, several minutes from our parking spot, and took our passport photos. We thought, finally, we can get a good rest, but having no air-conditioning in the room and a karaoke bar across the road, it wasn't the most memorable sleep of our lives. The host then in the morning woke us up, banging on the door in the morning to ask for our passports again so he can do the 'official check in' was really too much. He didn't forget to ask us to leave him a score of 10 in the reviews. We couldn't use the balcony as the door latch was broken, kitchen was missing utensils and shower only enough for one person, not two as it ran out of hot water after 5 minutes. Day of check out - host was kind enough to let us use the communal pool after check out. After cleaning the rooms, as we were just leaving, he handed us the rubbish and instructed us to put it in the bin - again mentioning not to leave a review score less than 10 in any circumstances.
