La casa è grande e ottimamente suddivisa. Ottimo il terrazzino privato dove cenere al fresco e la posizione vicinissima al mare. Buona anche la piccola piscina del residence. Durante il soggiorno si è rotto il boiler dell'acqua calda e la proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile e ha rimediato subito inviando l'idraulico.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci teniamo a lasciare un feedback sincero. La casa nel complesso era in ordine, ma non era pulita in modo impeccabile: in particolare il divano è apparso decisamente usurato, con la presenza di sabbia e alcune macchie che ne penalizzano il comfort. Per quanto riguarda la località, Caleta de Fuste gode di un’ottima posizione strategica e baricentrica per muoversi ed esplorare comodamente tutta Fuerteventura. Purtroppo, però, la zona risente fortemente di una deriva legata al turismo di massa, con una forte presenza di visitatori stranieri dediti agli eccessi alcolici. Non è raro, infatti, imbattersi in cumuli di lattine di birra abbandonate per strada,gruppi di giovani visibilmente alterati, un contesto che purtroppo toglie molto fascino e tranquillità al soggiorno.

Location was excellent near the beach, shops and bars as stated but although located in the town it was still very quiet when inside the apartment. The street was busy during the day but there was no noise from bars in the evening or overnight.

No mirrors apart from bathroom, would be handy to have a couple of mirrors for hair and make up and a full length one to see outfit Floor got wet while in shower as curtains would not stay closed but there was a mop. One We weren't informed pool was closed for renovation. Alicia whom I kept in touch with very kindly allowed us to keep apartment on until evening free of charge so that was a bonus.

Not really complaints as we really enjoyed our stay but a full length mirror would help. There is only one mirror which is in the bathroom the apartment sleeps four can you imagine everyone trying to get ready to go out with only one mirror. Also floor gets soaked when you take a shower no matter what you do to try to prevent it.

THEN DOOR WOLD NOT LOCK, AGAIN TRIED CALLING WITH NO LUCK HAD TO LEAVE DOOR OPEN FOR 2 DAYS TILL MAN IN GARDEN FIXED FOR US. NO KETTLE IN APT. DATED DECOR AND SO HARD PILLOWS! SO STRESSFULL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WHEN USING BOOKING .COM
