Unprofessional staff interaction negatively impacted our stay.

Very little, unfortunately

There was no drinking water provided in the room and no telephone available to contact reception. Late in the evening, when we went briefly to the breakfast area to get water from the dispenser, a member of the kitchen staff spoke to us in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. While we fully respect hotel policies, the issue was not the rule itself but the way it was communicated. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Basic guest needs such as access to drinking water should be properly addressed to avoid situations like this.

The location was perfect for our visit to the event Wine Light Joy. The young woman taking care of our breakfast is also very kind, helpful and did her job very well.

Fantastic family weekend in Ehnen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect location right on the Moselle with stunning river and vineyard views. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, fresh, great coffee and that amazing terrace overlooking the river. Free parking right at the door or on the main street. Quiet, beautiful village, yet close to Remich and the airport. Will definitely return! Highly recommended!

The location was great, with a wonderful view of the river, and a convenient restaurant part of the hotel.

We travel by bike, and bike “storage” was sketchy in an open area behind the hotel. Also, climbing a lot of stairs to get to the reception area was a hassle.

Bright and spacious room with fabulous view over the river.

Lovely room with a fabulous view over the river. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from. The bar was right beneath us and was a little noisy, however this didn’t impact on our stay. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view easily compensated.

Perfect getaway hotel

The location is ideal for those who love nature and those with dogs. The hotel is exceptionally clean and smelled very nice the entire stay. The room was very spacious as we were with two dogs. The view was breathtaking and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Definitely the best hotel if you love the country side. We will be staying here again.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Mosel, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, das Bad ist neu. Das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Paula und Nico waren sehr nett!

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel.

Fijne kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie badkamer met inloopdouche. Een probleem bij aankomst werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd en opgelost door het uitermate vriendelijke personeel. Prima Italiaans restaurant onder het hotel en gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Plus jamais dans cet hôtel

Le lit, la salle de bain et la vue fenêtre fermée. Heureusement le restaurant, indépendant, en dessous de l'hôtel est excellent et le personnel impeccable

Accueil dans un français à peine compréhensible, 10' pour trouver notre réservation, on a voulu nous faire payer pour notre chien alors que c'était compris dans la réservation. Chambre sans chauffage à notre arrivée, 2h pour avoir un peu chaud. Dans un hôtel convenable on vous demande votre heure d'arrivée et le chauffage fonctionne à votre entrée dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était franchement médiocre, pain de mauvaise qualité, pas de viennoiseries, œufs brouillé sec, lard cuit et recuit, fromage et jambon en petite quantité juste sorti d'un plastique de supermarché . La dame au petit déjeuner grossière et hurlant sur nous à cause de notre chien. Travaux des 2 cotés de l'hôtel, réveil à 6h lundi, beaucoup de trafic. Pas d'ascenseur et 36 marches pour la salle du petit déjeuner. A fuir, surtout si vous aimez le calme et que vous n'êtes pas en forme pour monter les nombreuses marches.

Fijne overnachting

Mooie kamer, goed bed en fijne douche. Luxe koffiezetapparaat op de kamer, slippers en schoenpoets aanwezig. Ook het ontbijt was boven verwachting.

Lastig om te parkeren. In de avond is het rumoerig, maar 's nachts gelukkig niet.
