Very clean and ample space, and so close to everything - the train station, plenty restaurants, and groceries all within 5-10mns pleasant walk. Sangenjaya is such a lovely and cool neighbourhood. We loved it a lot and actually ended up spending more time there than the city centre... lolz. The host is super friendly, responsive and courteous. We visited during heavy rain and really appreciated the umbrellas ;) How thoughtful!
If I really really have to say sth it's the trip to the bathroom if one sleeps on second floor at night as the bathroom is on ground floor. But it wasn't really a big deal for us.

Great size. Has all the things you need. Nice quiet location.
Stairs have low ceilings and bathroom located in basement and have to go through other bedroom.

どの部屋もとても綺麗で、生活に必要な物が全部そろっていて、困ることなく快適に過ごすことができました 浴室暖房のおかげで洗濯も乾いてとてもたすかりました 宿泊にについての質問など、早急に返信頂けたので、安心して現地に向かうことができました
頭上注意！と注意書きはされていましたが、忘れて何度か頭をうちました

The house location was good. It took only a 5-minute walk to the station. There were great choices of restaurants and bars nearby. The house was very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were comfortable. The kitchen, with a good-size fridge, gas cooktop, and large sink, was very handy.
The two single rooms on the first floor were not very functional. Everyone had to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom/toilet. The roof over the stairs was too low. We banged our heads many times. The kitchen had no tea towels or Dai-fukin (surface cloths). The rooms were quite dark because the windows were small.
