I loved the space that we got albeit it was a little smaller than we expected, but it had all the facilities we needed and was in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. The place also felt very secure and hard to get to, which made us sleep easier.
There was a stain on one of the futons but it was quickly replaced when we asked the management about it. Just ask and the management here is super attentive!

周りにスーパー、コンビニ、居酒屋。
東京だからだけど良かったです。
チェックインのときに
冷房起動してくれてたのも
かなり高評価です！
世田谷区あたりで
用事があるなら
家族で泊まるなら間違えなしだと思います！
料金も安い！
食器も完備してあるが
食器洗いのスポンジはあるが
洗剤がなんでないんだろ？
って思ったくらいです！笑

オシャレな空間で、非日常を味わえてよかった。渋谷まですぐでれてよい立地だった。（駒沢大学駅まで徒歩約10分）
キーボックスが開かない時があって困った。上の階のシャワー蛇口締め忘れ？で天井からずっとポタポタの音が鳴って不快だった。3泊4日に対して、洗剤が2袋で足りなかった。

キーボックスのタッチパネルの接触が悪かった。
アパートに入るオートロックの番号は、PDFの説明だとわかりにくいので、メールにも記載すべき。
オートロックと部屋の番号と2つ番号があることをわかりやすく明記してほしかった。
それと、ダニにたくさん食われたので、対策した方がいいかと思いました。
