We love that the apartment was clean, elegant, new. Very comfortable beds. Big comfortable sofa in living room. Big fridge and dishwasher and washing machine.

Very thin walls, annoying downstairs neighbours, you can’t even laugh on the balcony because neighbours is shouting to be quiet.

Sehr gute Lage, nettes, gemütliches Ambiente, guter Service.

Kaffeemaschine hat sehr gefehlt.

Просторо, гарна звукоізоляція, зручні ліжка, великий балкон, підземний паркінг зручний, розташування хороше.

Дуже мало гігієнічних засобів навіть при умові короткого перебування і при тому що нас було 4 людини. Думаю при вартості більше 100€ на добу можна і докупити трохи більше туалетного паперу та таблеток для посудомийки

Extreme dirty and poor cleaning, I took photos as a proof and sent it to renters.pl. They replied me with blurry photos from their side with no date convincing me that they cleaned everything. After that, they replied me with a template messages that they are investigating the case and cleaning issue has never been solved since then. I spent a day to clean everything by myself! Customer service is the worst, the price is never meet the reality. Be aware that they do nothing to help you or solve any issue. Our toilet seat broke and we informed about it, they replied only after 3-4 days that technician is busy and when he can come. He has never came:) and we used broken toilet for 2 weeks! Be aware that constructions in the building are going from the 7:00 till 20:00 EVERY SINGLE DAY. Cherry on the cake: After I moved out, they wrote me an email saying that they will provide a discount coupon for the next stay ONLY IF I write a positive review and screenshot it for them. Hilarious! I do not recommend for the long stay and please be aware that the cleaning is almost absent.
