Everything. Location is excellent, 10 minute walk from town Square. Desk staff were always welcoming and helpful.

Lovely apartment, spacious, good terrace, washing machine, loads of storage, warm, good tram connections to nearby centre. We enjoyed Wroclaw.
Entry a disaster. We got there fine with satnavs but it was not clear which entry was #49 (no photo, number on a wall round the corner!) and the agency gave us a building entry code which did not work. It was only thanks to the concierge (an elderly gent, after a courier kindly let us in) that we managed to get our car down to the basement parking via the complicated car lift (no proper instructions) and get into our apartment, The agency gave us a building entry code of just 4 numbers but the actual code needed you to first press the key symbol (unguessable) so it needed 5 presses to work. Really stressful, with no legal space to wait in the car, especially as our phone call to the agency was not answered.
