I like that the apartment is very clean and comfortable. In addition it has a toilet in every room. Since we travel in a big group it is so convenient for us. We also really appreciate the airconditioning since the summer in Rome can be quite challenging, hence we can cool down once we came back.

The water pressure in one of the bathroom is low

Apartment location was walking distance from supermarkets, public transport, bars and restaurants. Each room has their own full bathroom which saves a lot of getting ready time when in big groups. Balcony in every rooms which I found amazing for some peaceful time.

One of the rooms was promoted with a queen bed plus a twin bed but the twin bed was not in the room. When landlord was asked he stated that it must be requested prior reservation start date so it could be set up. This was a slight inconvenience since a female and male not in a couple were sharing that bedroom. Due to transportation expected delays, owner was informed that we will be arriving an hour after the initial stated time, which owned confirmed. Due to more delays than expected which was out of our hands, and lack of service we arrived an hour extra, which is when landlord contacted me very angry and upset about the lateness, even after being apologized to, he stated he will go take care of something and that he will meet us an hour later once he is done to allow us in and abruptly hung up. Thankfully is was less than that as we were exhausted, and owner did end up apologizing for his behavior. First bedroom bathroom shower had mold around edges.
