Casa Scalzi

An awesome welcome from the host, Marco! We arrived a bit earlier and Marco arranged an early check-in for us. Also, mattress was very comfortable, the apartment had an AC, so we had a wonderful sleep every night. The apartment was spotless, cozy and met all our expectations. There are a few steps to climb to get to the apartment from the street, but we don't perceive this as a disadvantage. The apartment is well-equipped with all kinds of modern electronics.

In the apartment we stayed at (two-story apartment), king size bed had two single mattresses joined together, this brought a tiny bit of discomfort. Also, bed linen has been washed with an insane amount of washing conditioner, which left a strong, synthetic smell for a few days — not exactly a terrible thing, but people sensitive to smells might not appreciate this.

Very close to the metro station and easy access to the vegetables market. The host was very warm and available at all times to answer queries.

We stayed at Casa Scalzi at Via Gino Capponi 13. The apartments location is close to the Ponte Lungo metro station, (only 5 minutes walk ) from where you can reach easily all the city sights . The apartment is clean and the rooms are spacious and can sleep easily 3 persons. There are many stores close by to eat and have drink and of course S/M .

The apartment is well located, close to the subway, several large stores, a pharmacy, etc. Everything within 5 minutes walking distance. Very good contact from the landlord, we were also able to check in early. The apartment is well equipped, has high-speed Internet (download and high-speed upload). The apartment is well equipped (household items).

The apartment is located on the side of the street on which there is a market, which starts working at 5 am which means that if someone has a shallow sleep it will be a torment for him. The entrance gate located directly below the bedroom is terribly noisy, every closing of the door causes a terrible bang, if you are looking for peace and quiet do not choose this place. The sofa in the living room looks a bit like from a dumpster, it should be replaced. The apartment should be cleaned a little better, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the shower stall should be properly washed (either it is dirty grout, or it is mold). Wet washcloths after cleaning should not be left in the closet where the ironing board is, the unpleasant smell of wet cloths can penetrate into the bedroom. No dishwasher so you are faced with hand washing. The pillows are not comfortable.
