About this apartment rental
Located in a safe, lively and central district 300 mt from the metro to reach in max 15 minutes the main touristic attractions. Close to trains, bus, public gardens, restaurants, mall, local market, directly connected with airports. Equipped for children, you'll love it for the location, space (105 sq. meters) and comforts (each room has parquet floors, two baths and air cond, smart tv with NETFLIX and speed wifi, luggage storage). We are new to this site but have been successfully managing the holiday home for 8 years. In fact it is rated "exceptional" 9.7/10 on Booking and 4.98/5.00 on Airbnb.

The apartment, comfortable and spacious, located on the third floor in a quiet building can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Equipped with armored door, it consists of an entrance hall with extensive library (with a corner dedicated to the exchange of books) and writing desk, a lounge with Carrara marble floor, with sofa, wall equipped with TV, supe speed wifi and a dining table. The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, the new induction hob, toaster, coffee maker for coffee. Completing the crockery supplied, plates, cutlery, glasses and everything necessary for the kitchen (including basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, etc.) and all the ingredients to prepare an Italian breakfast for all your stay (milk, tea, coffe, fruit juice, yogurt, jam, Nutella, cookies, bread and more). The two bedrooms with parquet floor are very spacious, equipped with all comforts including air conditioning. There are two full equipped bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower, they are equipped with three towels for each guest, hair dryer, shampoo, soap etc. The house has a long balcony in which we created a corner for smokers or for an intimate breakfast. In the balcony there is also a washing machine, a wash for clothes and a drying rack. For the little ones we provide on request and free of charge a cot, high chair, stroller, games, books and everything that can be useful for baby travelers. The house is a perfect spot to sink your feet in Rome! It is very clean, well maintained and comfortable to stay also for 5 people, thanks to the space and the two bathrooms that avoid queues in the morning. It looks like brand new. The location of the house is very strategic, close to the shopping streets and great restaurants, close also to the train for airport, we avoided to take the taxi. We walked to most places on foot. If walking is not your thing, the metro station is a just a few steps away from the building! Silvia was amazing! She waited for us at the metro station, she welcomed us warmly and gave us the best recommendations concerning restaurants, shops and more. She also left an amazing breakfast for our stay. Her home is exactly the way it is in the pictures. I can only recommend my wonderful experience and say thanks Silvia for being such a great person and host.

C!est notre meilleure location d!appartement que nous ayons eu depuis toutes les fois ou nous utilise ce mode de location. Sylvia et Andrea sont des hotes acceuillants et offrent leurs supports avec gentillesse. L!Appartement est spacieux, tres bien equippe, fraichement renove avec gout, d!une proprete exemplaire. JE vous le suggere fortement car c!est un cinq etoiles!
