About this apartment rental
The apartment is 80 square meters and consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV (with air conditioning), a second bedroom with a triple bunk bed (2 below and 1 above), desk with computer ( free wi-fi fiber optic line) and finally lounge / third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, table with chairs for dining, TV and DVD. All bedrooms and the corridor have parquet.
The kitchen is separate and complete with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking
The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, washing machine, detergents and various soaps.
The building, thanks to solar panels, produces 20% of the electricity consumed.
HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT
FOR THOSE WHO COME BY CAR
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G. R.A.) and exit at exit number 23 (Via Appia Nuova) in the direction of "San Giovanni".
FOR THOSE WHO COME BY PLANE
From Fiumicino airport, take the "Leonardo Express" train to the "Termini" station, take the Metro line A for 4 stops, direction "Anagnina", get off at "Ponte Lungo".
Or, from Fiumicino airport, take the FM1 metropolitan train, direction "Fara Sabina", to the "Tuscolana" station.
From the "Ciampino" airport there is a shuttle that takes you to the "Anagnina" Metro station, line A, and by taking it you get to "Ponte Lungo" in 9 stops.
FOR THOSE WHO COME BY TRAIN
From the "Termini" station take the underground A, direction "Anagnina", get off at the fourth stop, Ponte Lungo.

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, but still gave us access to all of the sites we wanted to see via the metro. It had comfortable beds for all five members of our family and enough storage space for all of our clothes and things. We found many neighborhood restaurants that were excellent and away from the crowded tourist areas. The bathroom had a nice, big shower. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a blessing, since we visited in August. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We traveled as 2 couples, the apartment was excellent, great location, quiet, spacious, clean, safe .About 250m from the metro station,25 min on foot from Colosseum..Apartment well equipped. We had excellent information from the host.We booked taxi transport from airport through them as an excellent alternative for us because our flight was late in the evening.Magdalena, our contact person is always available for all information and help.I would recommend this apartment for a group of friends or family!!!

A very comfortable and very clean apartment In Rome at a great price shops and restaurants are near by and it is close to transport that brings you into the heart of Rome, the owner is very helpful and very nice, he couldn't do enough for you and his mum was just as helpful, it was a home away from home, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone,
