Outside of building needed work, but it looked like repairs were in progress.

Good location, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were good.

1. Sliding door to the outside deck needs to be replaced. It’s very difficult to open and close, honestly this unit shouldn’t be listed for rent until it’s fixed, it’s a safety issue. I’m 6’2”. 225 lbs and in good shape and it was difficult for me to open and close it, my wife and daughter had to have me open and close it for them. There is a note saying to keep the door shut or the unit gets damp from condensation, If the door worked then you wouldn’t have to keep it open. 2. The couch in the living room is in very poor shape. Impossible to sleep on the pull out couch. The couch should he’s been replaced 3 years ago. 3. Our stay was Sunday through Friday morning. On Monday at 10 AM workers set up scaffolding right outside our unit basically next to our deck and in front of the bedroom window. The scaffolding was there the whole time, and they didn’t do any work. We paid extra to have beach front and the view in the morning was ruined. It was very disappointing. Overall it was the worst unit I’ve stayed at in the 10 years and dozens of rooms I’ve booked through Booking.
