Unit is in need of updates. Dining chairs need repairs or replacement. Not enough drinking glasses for stated number of occupants. Queen mattresses in both bedrooms are worn out and need replacement. Bathtubs are very deep and need safety bars. Cooking pot sizes needs to be addressed.
