We have stayed at Mar Vista several times and have always enjoyed the location and condos/amenities. North Beach was easy to work with and we would book again. We loved loved the table outside on the balcony to eat on.

Good, a lot of room. Only issue was one of the employees yelled at my grand daughter for something she didn’t do and others said he was rude to them

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negatives were the pillows were hard and one mattress in extra bedroom was worn down on the side where the nightstand was. I felt like I was going to roll off the bed. Overall, it was a great place and I would definitely rent again.

The couch was covered in stains. The walls were dusty. The chairs on the deck were so rusted on the legs that my daughter sliced her foot open on one. You can see the ocean from the deck but it's not "ocean front" as advertised. Supposed to have 4 queen beds and a king. It had a king, 1 queen, and 3 double beds. When I mentioned the beds to the office, I was told "no one else has ever complained". 2 of the beds were so worn out that they appeared broke. My daughter rolled off the bed in the middle of the night because it was leaning so far to one side. The bedroom balcony door took a grown man's strength to open. The only good thing was the location. My family and I were highly disappointed.
