This stunning oceanfront condo features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and unbelievable views from the 8th floor balcony. The living room features a blue and green striped sleeper sofa with coordinating loveseat and chair plus tile flooring and an entrance to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a dining table for six and offers seating at the counter. The master suite has an additional entrance to the balcony, king-sized bed and luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi tub, tiled shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has one queen, while the third has two queens. The condo sleeps 10. Mar Vista Grande is a perennial top resort on the Grand Strand. Mar Vista Grande guests will enhance their beach vacation with ample resort amenities provided by a large indoor pool, large outdoor pool with shallow wading area, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, sun deck, and fitness center, all just footsteps from the ocean. Walking distance from the famous Main Street, Mar Vista Grande is at the center of what a vacation to the Grand Strand is all about. The condo was very clean. The pictures online were not up to date as there were new living/dining room furniture, which was very nice also. The balcony furniture was an absolute delight. Very comfortable and there was a full table where we all could eat. There was only one issue which was the sheets on the queen beds. They were a bit rough and caused some brush burns on my families's elbows.
We had an issue with the internet, called Condo World and they sent someone over quite quickly. They reset the modem, which we had done 3x's previously, and it was up and running for a bit. I called the next day and again they sent someone over. This time he replaced the modem which fixed the problem. The next day we could not use the TV in the living room (where the modem was hooked up). By that time we were one day away from leaving and I didn't call the maintenance dept. We just watched TV in our rooms. I regret that now because the next renters will have that problem.
Over all I would recomend this condo and would rent it again.
