Lovely condo; very well furnished in a beach theme. My daughter and I stayed and we are both in great shape. It is on the 3rd floor w/ no elevator, but not a problem for us--The only small negative is the whack a doodle parking lot--very tight to drive around in (almost seems it is for golf carts / not cars). They need to post signs how to get out of the lot--we drove around in circles a few times. Nice ocean view from the wonderful porch!

As described and pictured. It’s in a great spot, close to beach. A new coffee pot and or keurig would be a nice upgrade.

Love this property management company. Have rented several places before and everything is always well stocked and managed when they are involved. The place was nicely done, comfortable and great location near beach and walking about a mile to restaurants and shops. Nice they allow dog. One of few apartments in building that has ocean view still from balcony
