Great duplex near the beach in the center of North Myrtle Beach
*about five minutes walk to the beach
*a few minutes drive to restaurants and stores
* about 5 minutes drive to Main Street
* 10 minutes drive to Barefoot Landing
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*3 bedrooms,2 baths, great space.
*3 queen beds and 1 king bed
*must climb stairs to second floor (unit is upstairs only)
*Private patio.
*Washer/ dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
* Dining area.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire unit.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free (2 parking spots available)
Other Things to Note:
*Please review my house rules.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed

Quiet, residential area only a few blocks from the beach, this was a wonderful place to stay! Safe parking, lots of destinations such as shopping and dining within easy reach. The owner was kind and communicative, helping with any questions even before we booked. The home was clean and neat with plenty of room, including several private balconies (we were in the upper duplex) for sitting and chatting. Our time away was all we hoped for and more!
