CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.
Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

We stayed over for a long Easter weekend and this place was great. The unit being on the third floor is not an issue at all. The steps are even carpeted to help with the noise of people going up and down.Despite the impression the listing or initial email gave, this is a contactless check-in property. There is no desk or staff to see when checking in. The code for the door was received promptly at 4 pm via email and we had no issues unlocking the door. Check-in was very convenient and simple.The inside is quite nice. This unit is of above average quality for the price we paid to book it. We found the unit to be very clean. Trash disposal was very close by, no further than we carry out our trash at home. Towels are provided in wrapped up sanitized bundles, which is great; however, it creates extra plastic waste that I wish could be avoided.The beach is just across the street and that location for beach access has public restrooms, which comes in handy when traveling with kids.The only con would be others in the complex do not all follow the parking policy. Others parked in the designated, labeled parking spot for this unit nearly the entire time we were there. Thankfully, there were unassigned overflow parking spots near the unit that we were able to use. I can see this being a much bigger issue during times when more people are staying on the property during busier weeks or if traveling with two cars.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay in this unit again.
