Das gemietete Apartment war für uns ein wirkliches "ZUHAUSE "auf Zeit. Gemütlich, sehr sauber, alles drin,was wir benötigten.

Ideal für seglerische Aktivitäten im Olympiahafen. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 11. Stockwerk. Nett eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da. Parkplatz gleich am Haus.
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, merkt man auf dem Balkon sowie im Gang. Dusche ist extrem beengt, nichts für größere Menschen. Etwas staubig.

Tolle Aussicht und schöne Lage.
Aussehen des Gebäudes nicht sehr ansprechend, sehr dünne Wände (man hört die Nachbarn). Die Badezimmertür war von innen sehr staubig und die Mikrowelle voller Fettfinger.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Leider befand sich ein Baugerüst um das Gebäude.
Dusche zu klein und kaum Wasserdruck,, verschlissene Einrichtung, kein Backofen, Fremdgerüche dessen Herkunft nicht zu definieren waren. Technik und Balkonfenster auch zum Teil defekt.
