Could Be Great, But...

- 20 minute walk to the city - Situated close to several bus routes - Coffee machine with pods - Smart TV - Balcony - Decent sized rooms

- No microwave - No dishwasher (previous tenants had not properly hand washed the dishes and there was mould)! - Really uncomfortable bed - Very uncomfortable sofa - Shower in bathroom badly needs replacing. It's broken and covered in limescale - Curtains don't fit the windows and are hanging off in places - Handles loose on doors, need fixing - Only one tea towel provided for a multi-week stay! - Communications from the landlord were sometimes good, sometimes slow, and sometimes I was simply ignored!

Nicely furnished cosy apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location is also a plus.

A good option for the price, but i would not choose it again.

Very good documentation and communication beforehand. Prompt response from owner when a damage was reported. Easy to find keys. Free coffee. Free parking near the house, might get busy in the evening though. Cable TV. Small nice kitchen.

It was not very good cleaned. Hairs in washing bowl, fresh towels on the floor, stains on mattress. Toilet installation needs urgent repairs, tends to come off the wall. The area is not that nice and quite loud due to street, trains and noise in the house. Couch is not a good sleeping option.

This my or Boooking.com mistake but the owner didn't see that I am coming with 2 kids. Bed linen was missing. The owner didn't show interest to provide missing bed linen :(

Eine katastrophale Erfahrung! Überall Staub und Tierhaare, Futterreste in der Ecke, Spinnennetze, Krümel in der Küche und Brotreste auf dem Balkon, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, Silberfische in der Wohnung, Abfluss im Waschbecken lief nicht wirklich ab. Wir haben nach der Ankunft schnell festgestellt das etwas nicht passt. Auch der Geruch der uns in der Wohnung Empfang, war modrig und kein Gefühl von Wohlfühlen. Wir sind restlos enttäuscht direkt wieder abgereist, es war nicht denkbar hier eine Woche zu verbringen. Der Vermieter hat seine Gästemappe geteilt und wollte dann auf unsere Beschwerde hin seine Reinigungskraft prüfen lassen. Das haben wir abgelehnt, aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen - zumal es da für uns schon vorbei war, mit dem Bild und Erlebnis. Danach war der Vermieter abgetaucht und reagierte auf nichts. Wir wollten uns mit ihm einigen und eine für beide Seite versöhnlich Lösung finden…keine Chance!

Helt fin lejlighed, god beliggenhed, til en rimelig pris.

Der var mange af de ting allerede, som man forventer at finde i et almindeligt hjem. Så vi skulle ikke ud og købe the, opvaskemiddel, salt og peber osv. Superlet at komme ind i lejligheden. Beliggenheden var helt fin, lidt over 1 km til centrum af Kiel. Udstyr og service helt i top - alle tiders TV med masser af kanal-valg. Og værten havde på forhånd sendt supergode/nyttige oplysninger om lejligheden og om ting at se i Kiel.

Der mangler komfortabel siddeplads, f.eks. et par små lænestole og en mere behagelig sofa. Jeg kunne også godt ha' tænkt mig et par flere lamper, så man bedre kan regulere lyset, f.eks. til læsning.

Die Kommunikation lief online und war sehr gut - bereits vor Check-In bis zum Check-Out. Auf Nachfragen reagierte Herr Lindau immer direkt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sehr sauber, hell und gut ausgestattet. Es gab nichts, was wir vermisst haben.

Een heerlijk appartement om de stad te verkennen

De instructies voor aankomst waren duidelijk. Het was heel fijn dat er een lift was, aangezien onze hond slecht trappen kan lopen. Het hele appartement was heel netjes en aangenaam in gebruik. Het bed was erg comfortabel!

Het was erg warm in het appartement toen we binnenkwamen, en we konden geen thermostaat vinden om de temperatuur aan te passen. Gelukkig was het met het raam open goed te doen.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist super! Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Ich habe die schöne Stehlampe, die auf den Foto´s abgebildet ist, vermisst ;) Abends mußte man immer die "Festbeleuchtung" anschalten. Und die Couch ist alles andere als bequem! Ich hab sie mir mit ein paar Kissen und ´ner Decke "aufgepolstert".

Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit,, die eigentlichgute Lage.. Vor allem aber die bemerkenswerte Freundlichkeit im Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Das ist allen größeren Städten üblche Parkproblem.. (Also Bahnfahren) Der Schlüsselkasten für die Übergabe. Wer ohne Brille oder überhaupt lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil.

Keine Wohlfühlwohnung!

Der Check-in war sehr einfach und gut beschrieben. Die Lage war optimal, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum. Die Kaffeepads waren leer, das Geld wurde nach Kauf erstattet. Der Gastgeber antwortet schnell und ist freundlich, was aber für den Aufenthalt nicht von Nutzen war.

Kein Smart-TV, angeblich gibt es einen Fire-TV Stick, der war nicht vorhanden. Das Sofa für die 3. Person war nicht ordnungsgemäß aufgebaut, wir stützten es notdürftig, erst als die Person nachts vom Sofa kippte, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass beim Schlafsofa in der Rückenlehne ein Reisverschluss ist und nach öffnen, sich dahinter zwei Füße befinden, die das Sofa abstützen. Die Schlafqualität war mangelhaft. Laut Vermieter wird das Sofa erneuert. Beschwerden über das Sofa gab es bereits vor einem Jahr schon, vermutlich sollte es da auch schon ausgetauscht werden. Bei der Waschmaschine im Keller war die Einspülkammer für Waschmittel und Weichspüler, verdreckt, verschimmelt und defekt war die Waschmaschine ebenfalls, die Wäsche wurde nicht abgepumpt und gespült. Laut Vermieter hat er da keinen Einfluss, da die der Hausgemeinschaft gehören. Wenn man eine Waschmöglichkeit anbietet, muss auch die Funktion gewährleistet sein. Fazit: "nie mehr".
