Fancy apartment in the sailing city Kiel

The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, including a separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances like fridge, electric cooker, coffee machine. The interior design is very fancy.

The location is not very appealing, but it is close to the main railway station. WiFi was not working on one day, but I was able to fix it.

Fabulous!!

This flat was amazing. It was exceptionally well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The host responded immediately to messages. I haven’t stayed anywhere as good as this especially if you wanted to cook.

Nothing. We were travelling by train so didn’t need parking but that might have been tricky.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft auf höchstem Niveau

Stil, Farbe und Materialmix erinnern viel eher an eine moderne Privatwohnung als an ein übliches Vermietungsobjekt. Im Oktober 2025 komme ich nicht umhin festzustellen, alles ist hier neu. Hier wurde mit Liebe zum Detail und großzügigem Budget saniert - das merkt man an jeder Ecke. Ein hochwertiges Boxspringbett, wertige Hölzer, ein tolles Lichtkonzept in jedem Raum, Sonos Lautsprecher überall, modernes Bad mit schneller Fußbodenheizung - sehr gute Handtücher und Seifen runden das Gesamtbild ab. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist ebenfalls großzügig. Neue Geräte, ein perfekter Eiswürfelmaker, gute Messer, feines Geschirr und alles, was man benötigt aus einem Guss. Ich hoffe, es bleibt dem Vermieter lang und beschädigungsfrei erhalten. Ich komme ohne Zweifel wieder, wenn ich in Kiel sein sollte.

Tolle Wohnung, in sehr zentraler Lage, mit top Kommunikation zum Vermieter

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Kiel, in einem Wohngebiet. Parkplätze sind Mangelware aber mit Glück auch vor dem Haus zu bekommen. Zum Hafen benötigt man zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten, die Kommunikation bezüglich Schlüssel Code war hervorragend. Leider hat die Anzahl der Personen und den vorhandenen Handtüchern nicht gepasst, aber vom Vermieter wurde sofort reagiert im Rahmen der zeitlichen Möglichkeiten. Das nenne ich sehr guten und lösungsorientiert Service. was uns nicht ganz bewusst war ist, dass die Wohnung kein spezielles Wohnzimmer hat. Die Wohnung besteht aus Flur, Bad Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer. Dass der Fernseher nur im Schlafzimmer installiert ist, ist meines Erachtens der einzige Mangel bezüglich Wohnkomforts. Hier könnte man mit einem, gegebenenfalls auch etwas kleineren Fernseher, dem Mieter mehr Komfort verschaffen. Da man ja nicht immer im Schlafzimmer sein möchte, um Fernsehen zu schauen. Auch wenn es vielleicht nur ein oder 2 Stunden ist. alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Virkelig skøn lejlighed med dejlig atmosfære

Lejligheden er virkelig pæn og godt udstyret. Der er masser af plads, og beliggenheden er rigtig god. Det var bare rigtig dejligt at være i lejligheden. Det var også nemt at kommunikere med udlejer, hvilket var dejligt betryggende.

Spisebordsstolene er så bløde, at man synker meget ned i dem, når man sidder på dem, og dermed passer bordhøjden ikke så godt, når man sidder og spiser ved bordet. Vi er vant til at vaske op med en opvaskebørste eller en svamp, men kunne desværre ikke finde nogen af dem i køkkenet. Man kan ikke justere emhætten, da knappen ikke fungerer til det.

Haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schick und gemütlich eingerichtet. Super Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr! Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, genau wie die gesamte Kommunikation. Wir haben einige sehr gute und hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Als wir ankamen, wartete ein nettes Begrüßungskärtchen und ein Willkommensgetränk auf uns. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig. Um einen Parkplatz zu finden, muss man manchmal etwas länger suchen, wir haben aber immer recht nah parken können. Eine der besten Wohnungen, die wir je hatten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, jederzeit wieder!
