Great stay!

I loved the small and nice apartment. Beds were good, everything was very clean, short walk to the center etc. I would come here again.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, paar Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ruhig gelegen. Nachfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Alles bestens.

Unkompliziertes Wohnen in Zentrumsrandlage.

Willkommensgetränk gratis auf dem Esstisch. WLAN sehr schnell. Die kleine Küche war komplett mit Geschirrspüler eingerichtet. Neue Fenster und hohe Räume verhinderten Hitzestau. Die Betten bequem und insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen gepflegten Eindruck. Dusche/WC mit Handtücher, Seife/Gel und Lotion wie im Hotel. Eine Waschmaschine gabs auch noch. Gratisparkplätze vor dem Haus. Bäcker um die Ecke. Drei Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (Einstellmöglichkeit im Keller bzw. nicht einsehbarer Back Yard) zum Bahnhof bzw. Rathaus. Schöner, sicherer Radweg bis zur Nord-Ostsee-Kanalschleuse am Hafen und der Förde entlang.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, was deren Alter geschuldet ist. Die Wohnungsnachbarn und Dauermieter des Hauses verhielten sich aber Rücksichtsvoll. Im Gegensatz zu den Müllwerkern, die an zwei Tagen hintereinander lautstark frühmorgens ihrer Tätigkeit nachgingen. Die Kanalliste des TV-Geräts ist chaotisch.

Parken ist kostenlos das ist super , nur machendem ein Kampf in der Innenstadt weil dort gerne mal fremde Personen parken die da nichts zu suchen haben.

Die lage super. Super sauber und alles da was man braucht. Sehr einladend. Alles in der nähe was man braucht. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und werde immer wieder buchen wenn ich nach Kiel fahre. Vielen Dank

Schöne Fewo in Kiel

Die Lage ist toll! Eigentlich alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, eine Mikrowelle wäre evtl noch hilfreich gewesen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut.

Die Klingel ist nicht beschriftet gewesen/ Rühmkorf2 gibt es nicht. Die Bewohner von der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss unter der Fewo waren sehr laut ab 5 Uhr morgens. Die Wohnung war recht hellhörig, was jemand wissen sollte, wenn er diesbezüglich empfindlich ist. Besser Oropax mitnehmen!

Gerne wieder !

Definitiv zentral gelegen wenn natürlich mit einem zumutbaren Fußweg ! Der liebe Kontakt zum Vermieter, ich durfte sogar schon eher einziehen und wurde darüber informiert. Es gab einen lieben Gruß auf dem Tisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ich habe sehr viele Informationen bekommen, in der Vergangenheit bei anderen Objekten musste ich oft den Müll suchen oder hatte das Gefühl etwas zu vermissen.

Die Wohnungstür hat eine Teilverglasung, typisch in solchen Gebäuden. Ich als Alleinreisende hatte aber oft ein mulmiges Gefühl. Dafür kann aber niemand was und ich kann sagen das mir natürlich nichts passiert ist. Zudem habe ich eine Vorhangschiene über der Tür entdeckt und schätze ich hatte einfach Pech da der passende Vorhang sicher gerade gereinigt wurde. Ich bin mir auch sicher wenn ich es angesprochen hätte wäre sofort eine Lösung gefunden worden. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig aber jeder der sonst auch Nachbarn hat sollte damit keine Probleme haben.

Sehr netter Kontakt und tolle Wohnung!

Der Kontakt mit Nils war sehr nett und er reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Ein früherer Check-In war nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (ca. 500 m) und man kommt fußläufig überall gut hin, ansonsten befinden sich Bushaltestellen in der näheren Umgebung und kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür / in der Straße. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und die komplett ausgestattet Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Man fühlt sich dort im Urlaub wie zu Hause.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung relativ hellhörig ist. Der Schallschutz durch die geschlossenen Fenster funktioniert gut, nur hört man durch die Eingangstür jeden/jede, der/die im Treppenhaus ist.
